Project Overview
Our Revit modellers worked with the Mechanical & Electrical design and construction teams to produce a full MEP model for the new CUB project, located in Oss, Netherlands. The services were modelled from basic schematic design drawings before being co-ordinated within the building ready for pre-fabrication and installation.
Following completion of the installation, our engineers travelled to site to survey the installation using point cloud scan stations. The scans were then assembled and used to update the model to accurately reflect the ‘as installed’ situation. This effectively allowed us to bring the model from the Netherlands back into our office where it was overlaid on the construction model, with our modellers adjusting the model to reflect site conditions.
